H.E. Khamis Al Mazrouei
CEO
H.E. Khamis Al Mazrouei was appointed CEO in April 2025, following his tenure as Deputy CEO since 2024 and Operations Executive Director at SNOC since 2023. In July 2025, he was also named a Member of the Sharjah Energy Council.
With over 15 years in the oil and gas industry, Khamis started his career with BP Sharjah in 2008 as a Process Engineer followed by a move to Petrofac as a Sajaa Asset Process Engineer from 2011 to 2013. In 2013 he joined SNOC as Operations Team Leader, moving up to Operations Manager from 2015 to 2023.
In 2007, Khamis received his BS Degree (with Honors) in Chemical Engineering from the American University of Sharjah and a Master’s Degree (with Honors) in Executive Management Business Administration from the University of Sharjah in 2016. He is also a graduate of the Sharjah Leadership Program (2017).
