Infusing Digital DNA: Optimizing Digital Strategies for Transformation

The second edition of the NexTech technology dialogue series, sponsored by the Sharjah Digital Office was hosted at the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP) last month.

NexTech is an open table forum that investigates the importance of in-house digital knowledge. In this edition Hala, SNOC IT Chief Officer,  was privileged to be a speaker at one of its panel sessions titled “ Infusing Digital DNA: Optimizing Digital Strategies For Transformation”.  Hala spoke about why many digital transformation programs fail or do not achieve the full aspirations initially drawn out and what can be done to minimize risk failures.
