The following sets out the terms and conditions of use of the Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC) website and any applications operated by SNOC (Web Platforms).  You agree to these terms and conditions (including our Privacy Policy) by accessing our Web Platforms.  You must not use the Web Platforms if you do not agree with these terms and conditions.

Any reference in this site to “SNOC”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to SNOC.  SNOC is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with its registered office at PO Box 787, Sharjah, UAE.

The information contained in the Web Platforms is not comprehensive. The information may not be accurate, up to date or applicable to any particular circumstances. The Web Platforms may include information and materials uploaded by other users of the Web Platforms.  The information and materials from other users have not been verified or approved by SNOC, and any views expressed do not represent SNOC’s views or values.

We have the right to remove any content provided by you at our discretion.  You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your content.

The information and materials contained in the Web Platforms are owned by SNOC and are used where required with permission of their owners.  All marks and logos on the Web Platforms, whether registered or unregistered, are trademarks or service marks of SNOC or our partners. We are not responsible for the content of any other website or application, including any website or application through which you may have gained access to our Web Platforms or to which you may gain access from our Web Platforms. Governing law

Your use of Web Platforms and downloads from it, and the operation of these terms and conditions (including the Privacy Policy), are governed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. The Sharjah courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of your use of Web Platforms.

General terms

If any term or any part of the terms contained in these terms and conditions are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, it will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This terms and conditions do not give rights to any third parties.

Misuse of the Web Platforms will be treated seriously and dealt in accordance with UAE law.

We may change or update these terms and conditions from time to time. If we make any changes or updates to our terms and conditions, we will publish them on this website.
