Renato Robles graduated as Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology in 1981. He has more than 35 years of experience in Oil& Gas industry in the Philippines, Saudi Arabia and UAE. He started working at Sajaa Plant facilities as Contractor in 1988 then later joined Amoco Sharjah Oil Company in 1992 as Electrical and Instrument Supervisor. The Operatorship of Sajaa Facilities changed from Amoco Sharjah to BP Sharjah to Petrofac (as Duty Holder) then to SNOC (as the Owner & Operator) and he stayed with the Sharjah Asset holding several positions; E&I Supervisor (1992 -2003), EI & Turbine Superintendent (2003-2005), Maintenance Team Leader (2006 -2010) and Control System Specialist (2010 – 2016).
He joined SNOC as Control System Specialist when Petrofac ended from being a Duty Holder for Sharjah Asset in 2015. He moved up to the role of Engineering Manager in 2016.
