H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmad Al Qasimi
President
His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmad Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Petroleum Department, was appointed President of Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC) by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member, Ruler of Sharjah, upon the issuance of the Amiri Decree No. 26, 2021.
Hatem Al Mosa
Advisor to H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmad Al Qasimi
After serving as CEO of Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC) for a decade, Hatem Al Mosa was appointed as Advisor to H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmad Al Qasimi, President of SNOC, in April 2025. He continues to play a pivotal role as a valued member of SNOC’s Leadership Team. In 2024, he was also named Secretary General of Sharjah’s newly established Energy Council, where he oversees the strategic planning and development of the emirate’s energy sector. In that same year, he was appointed as Director General of the Sharjah Petroleum Department (formerly Council).
Khamis Al Mazrouei
CEO
Khamis Al Mazrouei was appointed CEO in April 2025, following his tenure as Deputy CEO since 2024 and Operations Executive Director at SNOC since 2023.
With over 15 years in the oil and gas industry, Khamis started his career with BP Sharjah in 2008 as a Process Engineer followed by a move to Petrofac as a Sajaa Asset Process Engineer from 2011 to 2013. In 2013 he joined SNOC as Operations Team Leader moving up to Operations Manager from 2015 to 2023.
